In this episode, Paul interviews Tom Evans, an unexpected author and a meditation guide.  He wrote his first book by accident 10 years ago.  He discovered meditation in his 40’s and has spent 10 years studying metaphysics. He’s passionate teaching how people can expand their consciousness to bring real-world benefits. 2 years ago, his meditation was rediscovered in an app called, Insight Timer. Tom also hosts The Zone Show Podcast.

  • After exiting another business, a friend told Tom he looked haggard and that should try meditation
